As a customer of Japri we encourage you to read carefully the following terms and conditions. If you proceed to visit and/or place an order using this site, you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Once your order has been received, your goods will generally be packed ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days (some items may be 5-7 business days), once confirmation of payment has been received. If any items you have ordered are out of stock, they will not appear on your invoice, and we will notify you to give you the choice to have these items placed on back-order.
Once orders have been dispatched, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout, with FREE shipping (within Australia) on orders over $50.
All Japri orders are checked before being shipped to ensure the products that you order are not faulty and that they are packed correctly for shipping.
If your product is shown to have a fault or is the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement of that item at no cost to you. Please email us with a description of the fault or wrong item received, including a photograph highlighting the error. We will then arrange to send a new item, at our cost.
Japri may ask you to return the item by regular post, if so, the cost will be met by Japri.
We recommend you inspect your purchased goods, as this warranty expires 30 days after the initial order date.
Japri will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use. Please see the Caring for your Jewellery guide for instructions on proper care and handling of your jewellery. We will also not provide any refund or credit for change of mind reasons.
If you would like to enquire about returning any items you have purchased from our on-line store, please email us at email@example.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Sign up to our email newsletter to save you 15% on all of your purchases. By using our SIGNUP15 code you are agreeing for us to include you on our emailing list. This is only available after you sign up and is only valid if you are on our email list.
Promotional offers and discounts.
Any promotional offers, discounts and vouchers are to be used separately and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Caring for your Jewellery
Fashion jewellery requires special care to ensure it remains in good condition. Japri recommends the following:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or water.
- Store items flat and away from sunlight when not being worn.
